FileDestination provides free, in-browser utilities for working with PDFs, images, audio, and documents. Processing is performed locally in your browser. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the tools to process content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

You retain all rights to any files you use with the tools. Because processing happens on your own device, we do not take ownership of, license, or store your files. You are responsible for the content you process and for having the necessary rights to use it.

We do not guarantee that the tools will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the output of the tools.

The design, code, and content of the site (other than your own files and third-party advertising) are the property of FileDestination and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Service displays third-party advertising and may reference third-party links. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party advertisers or websites.

We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
